• Assessing Official Narrative: CW Worldwide personnel go out of their way to provide the government with the best service. Both the CW Worldwide and Hotel work with the government to provide the number of rooms needed to meet soldier requirements. CW Worldwide and Hotel personnel are always friendly, helpful and willing to assist with any government requirements. Minor billing issues were corrected in a timely manner. Customers are pleased with their services. No management issue were encountered during this rating period. This Contractor provides good prices for the government, quality services for the Fort Lewis soldiers and their families. We appreciate the services provided by Site Solutions, CW, Worldwide Meetings Inc. Given what I know today about the Contractor's ability to execute what they promised in their proposal, I definitely would award to them today given that I had a choice.
